1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stihia Zmey application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years old, you are prohibited from using the Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

The Service is available globally, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Service

Stihia Zmey is an educational game designed to raise awareness about the vulnerabilities of AI agents. The game presents you with an AI agent called "Zmey" (a dragon character) who guards secrets and challenges. Your objective is to interact with the AI agent through conversation to uncover hidden information, solve riddles, and identify potential security weaknesses in AI systems.

The educational purpose of the game is to demonstrate various AI vulnerabilities including but not limited to prompt injection, data extraction, and jailbreaking techniques in a safe, controlled environment. Success in the game is determined by your ability to extract specific secret information or complete designated challenges through creative interaction with the AI agent.

The Service is provided by Stihia Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company dedicated to building security solutions for companies developing AI agents.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

While the objective of the game is to find and exploit AI vulnerabilities, you must adhere to the following rules:

  • All interactions must remain within the game environment. You may not use techniques learned here to compromise other AI services.
  • Do not attempt to extract any real company secrets, proprietary information, or data beyond the fictional game content.
  • Do not share successful prompts or exploitation techniques publicly in a way that could be used to harm other AI services.
  • Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without explicit permission.
  • Respect rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
  • The game is meant for educational purposes only. Any attempt to use the knowledge gained for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful materials.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

While the purpose of the game is to find vulnerabilities, any attempt to exploit the underlying infrastructure of the Service is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stihia Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Bulgaria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Stihia Ltd. This includes all content, text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site.

By using the Service, you grant Stihia Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze the data from your interactions with the AI agent for the purpose of improving our products and services.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our Service. By using Stihia Zmey, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without any guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other reason
  • Implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage and service stability
  • Modify, update, or change game content, challenges, and features without notice
  • Terminate access for users who violate these Terms

We do not guarantee any service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime commitments for this free educational service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Stihia Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stihia Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stihia Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or data you provide through the Service
  • Your use of knowledge gained from the Service for any unauthorized or harmful purpose

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • Excessive use or abuse of the Service
  • Attempts to compromise the Service infrastructure
  • Use of automated tools without permission
  • Any behavior we deem harmful to other users or the Service

You may discontinue using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data collected prior to termination may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for legal and analytical purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
